Barbara Bang

Barbara Bang started in Malta in 2021 under Uniquent Malta Ltd. Pokies are the core business. The studio got noticed quickly, too. Mustang Freedom, its 20-line release, picked up the Slot Debut prize at the 2023 CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards. In the same year, Barbara Bang won Best Slot Game Provider at the SiGMA Europe Awards. SiGMA also gave it an Industry Rising Star nod. Most of the catalogue takes familiar slot ideas, then adds newer mechanics where they fit. All games run on HTML5, so they work on mobile. Malta and Curacao licences cover the operation. Fair effort for such a young studio. I reckon the awards show Barbara Bang knows how to get attention, though they say little about what an actual spin will pay.
